Related contacts are mini contacts that can be used to store information about contacts that are connected in some way to your primary contact. They can be anything from the contact’s spouse to their CPA or attorney.

1. Related Contacts are accessed via the Related Contacts tab.

2. New Related contacts are created by clicking on the “New Related Contact” side menu link.

3. Related contacts are edited using the pencil icon in the display grid.

4. Related contacts can be converted to full contacts by checking the box next to their name, then clicking on the convert to client button.

Loading Related Contacts in the Account Wizard

Related contacts can also be loaded in the Account Wizard as beneficiaries, which in turn will auto-populate the account paperwork.

Related contacts store the basic key contact info, as well as the relationship between the primary client and the related contact.
