The service center is designed for reps and sales assistants to quickly submit support requests [tickets] to the Home Office (any department). This online tool provides you with transparency into the status of your submitted requests. Plus, when Home Office staff receives calls and email requests from the field, they also create tickets. All tickets are tagged with the rep or sales assistant's name, allowing reps and sales assistants to view the tickets.
The home office employee who picks up the ticket is assigned to the request. As a rep or sales assistant tagged on the request, you will be able to see who is working on all your items. You can also view any notes or actions taken on the item, giving you insight into the progress and status of your tickets.
Scanned copies of forms and paperwork or other supporting files (pdf, doc, xls, etc.) can be attached to the request as an easy,secure method of delivering info to the home office
