Service Center Ticket - Detail Screen Overview

This is the screen that displays when you open a ticket. Each section is described below.

  1. Request Details: Shows the dept. and request categories for the ticket.
  2. Basic tracking info: Details who is assigned to the ticket, when it was requested and the expected resolution date.
  3. General Ticket Info: This section shows the account number, the status, the priority and the description.
  4. Uploaded Files: Shows any files that have been attached to the request. Click on the item to open and view it.
  5. Additional File Uploads: Use this section to upload any supporting documents. Additional files can be added at any time. Use this section to attach additional documents if needed.
  6. Notes: This section gives a time, date and user stamped listing of all the notes and status changes for the request.
  7. Response: Use this field to post notes and responses relating to the request. This is a communication tool that lets you share info with the person working the item.
