  2. On the right side, you will see a drop-down menu. Click on the down arrow and scroll until you see DB Button1 [Figure 6]. You can choose from DB Button 1 through DB Button 18. Choose the button that you want to assign a shortcut.
  3. Next, in the “Item Title” field, type in the name of the shortcut. This will be the text displayed on the button in your office.
  4. Click on the radio button (A radio button is a circular option button that allows the user to choose only one of a predefined set of options. See example to the right) [Figure 5]

    1. Click on the drop down arrow and change it from “Workflow” to “URL”. This changes the window shown in Figure 6 to the window shown in Figure 7.
    2. Type in the web address for your shortcut in the “URL” field that starts with http:// - please note that the http:// is required.
    3. If the site is a secure site, you will need to change this to https://
    4. Once you have typed in the web address, click on the Post Link button. This will take you back to the Quick Edit screen [Figure 6]

  7. Once everything has been added, your final step is to click on the Publish icon. Please refer to [Figure 6-7] to view the publish button.

  8. To add additional shortcut buttons, simply repeat the process, choosing a different DB Button # each time.
