  1. When you have a contact card open, click on the Email Contact button on the contact manager side menu. This will launch an email dialog box.
  2. The client’s email address will automatically populate into the To: field. You can type info into the body of the text.
  3. Sending an email in this fashion will automatically log a copy of the email to the communication log.
