- When you have a contact card open, click on the Email Contact button on the contact manager side menu. This will launch an email dialog box.
- The client’s email address will automatically populate into the To: field. You can type info into the body of the text.
- Sending an email in this fashion will automatically log a copy of the email to the communication log.
