  • You are now ready to use Single Sign On to the Redtail CRM site.
    • Click on the SSO link on the right-side menu of the portal menu
    • Choose Redtail from the list
    • This will open the Redtail CRM site in a new tab and automatically sign you into Redtail.

Troubleshooting

If nothing happens after you enter your credentials and click on “Save”, Chrome’s Auto-fill is probably causing the issue.  Chrome auto-fill likes to fill in fields behind the active dialog box, which will prevent the “Save” from completing its action.

If this happens to you:

  1. Close the Single Sign On pop up box (Figure 4).
  2. Click on the Profile tab
  3. Check the Twitter field at the bottom of that page. Chrome Auto-fill likes to fill in this field.  The error is caused because the auto-filled value is not in the proper Twitter format.  If there is a value in the Twitter field, remove it.  Do NOT click save.  If you click save, Chrome Auto-fill will populate the Twitter field again.

Follow Steps 4 through 8 as described above to successfully complete your Redtail SSO setup.
