What is Single Sign-On?

Single sign-on (SSO) permits a user to enter a single user name and password at a single gateway in order to access multiple third party websites.

Single sign-on is a single action of user authentication that permits a user to access multiple applications or websites, without the need to enter multiple user ids and passwords.

Tip

Note: You can open any of the single sign-on sites in a new window or tab by right clicking on the link and choosing “Open in New Tab” or “Open in New Window”. You can also hold the “CTRL” button while clicking on a link to automatically open the site in a new tab.

Which Links Provide Single Sign-On Access to Other Sites?

A variety of web services can be accessed through single sign-on once you have logged on to the portal.

Single Sign On links are available through the SSO menu the right side menu (shown below).

  • AI Insight – an alternative product education and resource site.
  • Annuity Rate Watch - Fixed Product information, screener and side by side comparisons. Product information for MYGAs, fixed annuities, FIAs and SPIAs are available.
  • Berthel Edge (Envestnet)
  • BFC Planning Portal - Access BFC Planning's RIA portal.
  • Commissions - logs you on to view your commission info and reports.
  • DocuSign - This SSO is currently under development and will provide users with access to DocuSign's esignature web console.
  • DST Vision Professional – DST Vision Professional provides online access to your client account information for hundreds of mutual funds, variable annuities, 529 Plans, REITs and DPPs. Each user must first setup a user id with DST Vision. Once an ID has been established with DST, you need to add your DST ID and password to your profile. New DST Vision users can setup an id by going to www.dstvision.com and clicking on the “Sign Up Now” button. DST Vision Professional is included in your monthly tech package.
  • LaserApp Anywhere - LaserApp Anywhere is the web-based version of LaserApp's form library.
  • Marketing Pro: Available to subscribers of the Peter Montoya Marketing Pro Library (www.marketinglibrary.net). This is a third party subscription that is not included in your monthly tech fee. For information on this service, please contact our marketing department.
  • QuestCE - provides access to the annual continuing education modules. 
  • Redtail CRM
  • Smarsh Webmail - directly logs you into the web client for your monitored webmail account if you domain is hosted with Smarsh.
  • Wealthscape – National Financial’s account information and trading portal (for brokerage accounts).
