DocuSign is a leader among eSignature vendors. They have more than 95,000 companies as clients and they process more than 885,000 DocuSigned documents every day. We have chosen them as our eSignature vendor for the following reasons:

  1. Client Experience: easy signing experience for clients, including an award-winning Mobile App

  2. Secure: DocuSign uses AES 128-bit encryption and SSL 256-bit encryption to ensure documents in the system are encrypted at all times.

  3. Tamper Sealed Documents: Any unauthorized changes in the underlying document will be detected and identified as evidence of tampering. DocuSigned documents are tamper sealed with industry standard technology. This Tamper Seal indicates the electronic signature is valid and that the document has not been tampered with any way since it was downloaded from DocuSign. DocuSign also tracks documents through every step of the signature process.

  4. Audit Trails: Track your document through every step of the process. DocuSign maintains a complete, automated history of every viewing, printing, sending, signing, or declining activity on a document.

  5. Certificate of Completion: Every DocuSigned document comes with a certificate of completion that provides proof of the signing process to all parties the transaction. This certificate includes information from the audit trail to establish the who, what, when and how of the document signing ceremony.

  6. Email Archiving: a copy of every email interaction between our organization and the signers is sent to our email archive.

LaserApp Anywhere

LaserApp Anywhere is the 100% web-based experience of our forms library. They've built an easy to use integration with DocuSign that allows you to send your pre-filled forms from the Account Wizard to LaserApp and on to the DocuSign plaform for clients to e-Sign account paperwork.
