Households


From the Household Section

  1. Open the Contact Manager
  2. Select the radio button next to "Households" in the View list.
  3. Click on New Contact.

OR

From the Contact Manager (Adds Selected Contact to New Household)

  1. Open the Contact Manager
  2. Open the contact you want to include in the Household.
  3. Choose "New Household" from the side menu. This option is only active if you have an contact open.
  4. This will open the household edit screen and the contact will already be added to the list of contacts to be included in the new household.


THE HOUSEHOLD EDIT SCREEN

  1. Once you are in the household edit screen, type the name of the new household in the Household field
  2. Highlight each client name that you want to add to the household from the client list.
  3. You can use the search tool to filter information, making it easier to find and add clients to the household.
  4. After highlighting the client's name, click on the >> button to add that account to the household list.
  5. The << allows you to remove clients from the household list.
  6. Repeat Steps 2 and 4 until all the accounts that you wish to add to the household are listed in the Household section on the right.
  7. Click on the Add New Household button on the side menu. This will create and save your new household.
