When you view the contact card, you will see several groupings of navigational and action tools. - View Households: dropdown menu displays a list of households with which this client is associated. Click on the household name to view that household.

- Print - Displays a print friendly version of the contact card
- Edit - Click on this icon to edit the contact card
- Delete - Deletes the displayed contact
- Cancel - Click on this icon to close the card and return to your list of clients
- Quick Links
- Log - link to the communication log/notes
- Binder - Link to client binder
- Search - Link to the client binder search
- Reports - Link to the CRM reports.
- Actions Menu
- Send To: send your contact data to populated other tools - Account Wizard, Service Center Tickets, LaserApp, etc.
- Add: add contact activities (notes, tasks, reminders, appointments).
- CRM Tools: access the tools to manage your CRM, including permissions, groups and custom fields, as well and import or export contact data.
- Contact Details: the contact detail section contains the key contact details (addresses, phone numbers, emails & social media).

- Below the Contact Details section, you will see several sections.
- These sections are collapsible and you can reveal or hide groups of information based on your preferred views & work focus.
- The first time you view a contact in the CRM, all of the sections will be closed.
- Click on the + icon in the section header to expand or collapse that section.
- Note: the Contact Details section is always displayed by default.

This section displays personal details about the contact and the contact's relationship info such as: - Martial status, spouse/partner name, wedding anniversary, dependants
- DOB, SSN, Citizenship
- Employment Details

This section contains the following details: - Reminders - Displays a list of appointments for this client. Click on the pencil to edit the reminder or the trash can to deleted it.
- Appointments - Displays a list of appointments for this client. Click on the date and time to go into the edit screen for that appointment. Click on the pencil to edit the appointment or the trash can to deleted it.
- Tasks - Displays a list of tasks for this client. Click on the due date to view all your tasks. Click on the pencil to edit the reminder or the trash can to deleted it.

This section displays all the related account wizard transaction(s) associated with/linked by the contact's CRM ID through the account wizard's primary account holder, additional account holder, entity information and beneficiary pages: - Select Account Menu - Use this drop down to select the account title and registration to view it's details. Once selected, the section will display the following details for that account/registration:
- Last Client Account Form (CAF) Date - This date is specific to each Registration. When the registration is changed using the drop down menu, the Last CAF date displayed will change to display the Last CAF date for that Reg type. The date displayed is based ONLY on CAFs submitted via the Account Wizard. This field is hidden if no CAF has been submitted via the wizard.
- History
- + Add New Transaction for this Registration - clicking on this will launch the Account Wizard, pre-populated with the data store for the account registration you selected above.
- Account Wizard Transactions- this displays a list of account wizard items for the selected account/registration. Click on the reference number to drill down into that account wizard's details.
- Financials - displays the financial details for the registration selected.
- Investment Profile - displays the investment profile details for the registration selected.
- Product Knowledge - displays the product knowledge details for the registration selected.
- Affiliation & CIP Information - displays the affiliation details for the registration selected.
- If the account is an Entity - you will see an additional tab titled Entity

This section displays a list of all the service center tickets linked for that contact (based on the CRM ID). The following is displayed for each ticket: - Ticket date
- Submitted by (username)
- Account number
- Ticket category: department/request type/sub category
- Ticket status
The department field is a link that can be clicked on to view the ticket details. |

- Groups - displays a list of any custom groups to which the client belongs. you can
- Custom Fields - displays any custom fields that you have entered for the client.

- Related Contacts: these “mini” contacts are useful for storing basic info about beneficiaries, lawyers, accountants & other contacts connected to your main contact.
- Click on the pencil to edit the contact or the trash can to deleted it.
- To convert a related contact into full contact, check the check box next to the contact's name and click on the "Convert to Client" button.

- Displays the client's ID information, including a copy of the client's id when available.
