Contact Card Syncing

CONTACTS:

  • If a new account owner, additional account owner, entity or beneficiary is entered into the account wizard, their information will be used to create a new contact card for that person or entity.
  • If an existing account owner, additional account owner, entity or beneficiary is selected from within the account wizard, information updated within the account wizard will sync back and update the contact’s existing contact card in the system’s CRM.

How To Load Existing Contact Data into the Account Wizard.

  • Each account owner page has a load existing field at the top of the page. This field can be used to search against and select contact data from the CRM.
  • Choosing the client from the resulting list links the account wizard transaction to the contact card. This ensures that the following pieces get tied together
    • The transaction shows in the contact card’s history
    • The paperwork gets filed in the contact’s binder.
    • Fields updated in the account wizard will be synced back to the CRM’s contact card.

For each registration type, the following details will be synced to the contact card.
