Cloning Accounts

BENEFITS:

  1. Account Cloning provides you with a quick and easy way to duplicate all the data for any pre-existing Account Wizard Transaction
  2. Cloning duplicates all of the data entered into the Account Wizard, including financial and investment profile details, allowing you to use that data for additional registration types.
  3. Cloning works for items in the Saved, More Info Needed, In Process and Completed queues.
  4. In particular, cloning reduces data entry for brand new clients with multiple account registrations. Enter all the core account data into a saved transaction, and then clone it to copy over all of that account & account holder data over to new registration types.
  5. Once you have cloned an account, it becomes a stand-alone work item with a new reference number (BF#, SF#, BP#). You can then work with it just like any other saved items. This includes the ability to load account holders and beneficiaries from your contact manager into the account holder sections of the Account Wizard.

  3. When the item has been successfully cloned, you will get a message in a dialog box that says “This transaction has been cloned.” Click on the Ok button to return to the saved queue.
