Set Reminders


When you have a contact card open, the Set Reminder button will be active. This tool is used to set reminders for the client. You can set a follow-up date and choose the type of reminder you wish to receive. You have the option to choose either or both reminder notification types. If you choose post-it, a post-it note will show in your office. If you choose email, an email will be sent to your monitored email account. The description field is a memo field that allows you to type in the reminder info.





Reminders Tab

Active reminders for each contact display on a reminder tab on the contact card. The reminder tab is hidden if a client does not have any reminders.

Reminders Report

If you use the reminders feature, you can also run a report that lists all of your upcoming reminders.
