New Service Center Request

While you have a contact card open, click on the New Service Request button on the contact manager side menu.

This will launch the Service Center with the loaded contact’s information pre-populated in the ticket.

This also ensures that any paperwork associated with the service center request will automatically be filed into the client’s binder under service requests.
